The SKYDIVE UNIVERSITY COACHES COURSE June 12-15, 2001 was a blast! And so was the Skills Camp we had in September 2001.

Last year's SKYDIVE UNIVERSITY Coaches Certification Course at Skydive Orange was quite a success. This intensive 4-day course will help you move your skydiving and coaching skills to the professional level. If you are already an AFF Jumpmaster it is a great way to improve your coaching skills, and if you are thinking about becoming an AFF Jumpmaster, it is a great stepping stone.  The Skydive U coach rating allows that rating holder to perform all of the duties of a USPA Coach (The kind of Coach that USPA's Integrated Student Program uses) if you fill out the USPA Coaches proficiency card and pass the USPA Coach exam. email me if that need clarification.

To take the course you must be "B" license qualified.

To be certified you must:
1) have 200 jumps
2) successfully complete the course
3) complete the prerequisite skydives on video (may be completed either before or after taking the course). These dives can be viewed at www.skydiveu.com.

During the course you will be expected to make 3 jumps at your own expense, to pay for video on one jump and split the cost of video on one 4-way jump.
